The new program is founded upon direct feedback Schneider Electric has received from its partners. In order to cater to their needs as closely as possible, the program has been molded around enhanced profitability, support and enablement.
APC by Schneider Electric will assess industry needs and trends, assigning relevant programs to partners in a lead generation Partner Opportunity Program (POP). To ensure adaptability in the fast-paced IT marketplace, the program also offers specialized certification paths that support partner business needs.
But it doesn’t stop there. In a “what’s-mine-is-yours” spirited initiative, partners have streamlined access to all the tools, information, training and support required to ensure their own business success. These resources are available through Schneider Electric’s newly improved digital experience.
The program is also key in developing the new Global Channels Organization, led by Rob McKernan, senior vice president of Global IT Channels. In this unique partner experience, McKernan will oversee various teams and regions in order to properly accommodate and adhere to the evolving needs of channel partners.
“Our success as a business is directly tied to the success of our channel partners,” said McKernan. “It is critical that we align our organization to best support and enable our partners.”
