The company’s Mobile App Suite for Retail features several cross-platform apps designed for use by customers and retail workers. The repertoire includes Clienteling, Mobile Point of Sale (mPOS) and Mobile Shopping (mShopping).
“Scandit has leveraged the ubiquity of mobile devices and the consumerization of IT trend in the workplace to create a mobile suite that will allow retailers to adopt consumer and employee-facing apps with unprecedented ease for rapid time to market,” Samuel Mueller, CEO at Scandit said in a press release. “In order to compete in today’s environment, retailers need to deliver a highly differentiated mobile experience for shoppers and employees, but many don’t have the in-house resources to develop these applications. We deliver an innovative set of fully customizable but functionally complete retail apps, which are easy to integrate with existing systems, allowing the retailer to customize and deploy the apps rapidly, without the high cost of development.”
The Mobile App Suite for Retail will enable merchants to develop a stronger mobile retail strategy while engaging customers, simplifying operations and boosting sales.
