ReachLocal is a company that specializes in local online marketing for SMBs. It released its latest product, ReachEdge, to Canadian markets yesterday. The marketing system is an easy-to-deploy solution for SMBs, designed to help business owners get the most out of their marketing dollars.
ReachEdge is part of ReachLocal’s marketing and commerce Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products suite – designed to help local merchants digitize their businesses and maximize the return on their investments. The marketing tool was released recently in the U.S., where the company says it was met with favorable customer response.
“Merchants worldwide struggle to convert website visitors into leads and then convert those leads into customers. ReachEdge offers a simple solution that automates the entire process for SMBs,” said Kris Barton, ReachLocal’s chief product officer. “We are excited to make this much-needed solution available to Canadian small businesses, and are committed to making ReachEdge available to as many SMBs around the world as possible over the coming quarters.”
The comprehensive marketing system includes a customizable website, lead management software and a mobile application, all designed to help SMBs convert more visitors into leads and subsequent customers.
ReachEdge prompts lead conversion by sending automated staff reminders, including full lead details and call recordings, via text message, email or mobile app. The system also automatically sends customized marketing emails to prospective customers, to keep the business top of mind when customers are ready to buy.
In addition, the tracking technology included in ReachEdge tracks the online source of each lead, showing businesses which marketing channels generate the most customers.
ReachLocal’s global distribution network includes local Internet marketing consultants and service professionals, along with select third-party agencies and resellers.
