The new channel partnership will help Embotics do business with more mid- to large enterprises. The strategic alliance is part of the company’s global channel strategy for selling its vCommander Cloud Management Software.
“As we continue to build our channel strategy throughout North America, it is imperative that our partners know and understand the complexities of Cloud Management and ITaaS,” commented Greg MacPherson, VP, Sales, Embotics. “Gotham Technology Group has proven to be the best in the industry. Their comprehensive expertise in the areas of infrastructure, virtualization, information security, and application development continually ensure customers a seamless transition to public and private clouds—making them the perfect partner.”
Gotham Technology Group specializes in infrastructure solutions and delivering IT as a Service (ITaaS). Its main focus is the secure delivery of applications and data to the increasingly mobile workforce.
“Customers looking to leverage hybrid cloud platforms need a new breed of tools,” said Gotham CTO, Ken Phelan. “This toolset starts with a platform agnostic management tool like Embotics. Embotics provides the right insight and control to bring clients a cost-effective cloud strategy.”
Under the partnership, Gotham will make the vCommander Cloud Management Platform (CMP) available to its clients. The platform-neutral CMP allows users to deliver ITaaS from a single console across private, public, and hybrid clouds.
