The handling of incoming documents, their associated processes and data streams need to match the fast-moving requirements of such businesses. To address this, OpenText has announced the launch of the OpenText Business Centre for SAP Solutions.
Customers can digitalize what they capture with this new platform for SAP offers, which also handles workflow supported by SAP software. This latest platform and its included tools are designed to complement vendor invoice management and extended ECM for SAP.
They can also accelerate and streamline processes, while at the same time not compromising on quality of the process and get a real-time look at what is going on.
“OpenText Business Centre will be an integral part of the OpenText Suite for SAP solutions,” Adam Howatson, CMO of OpenText said in a press release. “With OpenText Business Centre for SAP solutions, our customers will be able to streamline operations to be more efficient in their day-to-day business, freeing up much-needed resources to focus on their core value propositions and moving towards creating a truly digital enterprise.”
Data is extracted directly from incoming documents, validated and tightly integrated into SAP solutions. Moreover, business partners can connect via its electronic input channel and access and approve workflows with an SAP mobile app.
The new platform will be available on the market in March 2015.
