Kronos’ solutions can now be accessed from a variety of locations, including those without wifi or a mobile signal, enabling greater productivity and better data accuracy in environments without network connectivity. Geo-fencing capabilities allow clients to determine work locations and enforce business rules to ensure accurate data.
Additionally, employees and managers will now receive alerts on their mobile devices whenever urgent labour management issues arise, shortening response times and reducing the incidence of costly disruptions.
Kronos Tablet allows managers to share annotated screen images with their employees. It also provides enhancing scheduling capabilities, now that employers can see employee availability for work.
“Broader accessibility and connectivity make mobile workforce management possible for many new organizations that would benefit from tapping into today’s always-connected workforce,” said Bill Bartow, VP, global product management, Kronos. “Mobile devices are uniquely equipped to give employees the ability to respond to urgent events or unforeseen operational disruptions since most people keep them within reach. Our latest mobile solutions deliver measurable financial results. Managing in the moment has never been easier.”
Kronos Mobile is compatible with iPhone, Android, and BlackBerry, and Kronos Tablet with the Apple iPad.
