“SecuriSync finally gives users a file sync and share solution that’s as simple to use as Dropbox, with the control and security that business customers demand,” said Michael Gold, president, Intermedia. “This service is consistent with our vision of providing small and medium-sized businesses with a tightly integrated suite of critical cloud IT services.
“And, unlike other services in the market, SecuriSync can be gray-labeled so partners can fully own their customer relationships, including full control over all features of a customer’s SecuriSync experience, such as billing, branding, pricing and more.”
The product syncs files in real-time across all desktops and mobile devices, providing more opportunity for efficiency in the workplace. It can also share files and folders with individuals both inside and outside the organization.
Additionally, SecuriSync provides businesses with data security, giving administrators control over sharing permissions, encryption, remote wipe capabilities and an almost 100 per cent SLA.
IT administrators can also create administrative efficiencies across services, thanks to Intermedia’s HostPilot, the single control panel used for all of Intermedia’s services.
SecuriSync can integrate with Intermedia’s Office in the Cloud, eliminating the need to manage separate services for IT collaboration applications, and allows for additional integration with Microsoft Active Directory, Outlook, and Office.
