HP releases new applications services for Workday

HP releases new applications services for Workday

Workday HCM is a single system-of-record-delivered in the cloud that enables organizations to make faster decisions, gain operational visibility, prepare for future talent shifts and build teams. This application encompasses an organization’s Workday deployment including configuration, technology and program management to improve productivity and increase employee engagement.

“HP joins the Workday services partner ecosystem with a long history of successfully deploying enterprise applications on a global scale,” said Jim Bozzini, SVP, Services, Workday, in a press release. “HP is making a significant investment in building out its Workday practice and we look forward to working with them to help our mutual customers transform their businesses.”

The service leverages HP’s number of Workday-certified consultants, as well as its expertise in cloud computing, mobile computing, reporting and analytics, and big data, and takes advantage of the company’s delivery centres located around the world.

HP aims to help Workday partners and customers to realize the potential of the application.

“Given the sheer size and scale of HP, an on-premises, enterprise implementation project of this scope could take up to three years to complete, from design to launch,” said Scott Spradley, CIO, Global Functions, HP. “We were able to deliver Workday in only 14 months, resulting in a significant upgrade in efficiency, usability, capability and satisfaction across the entire scope of employee and manager self-services.”
