HP launches its first all-in-one Android PC

The HP Slate21 Pro AiO provides seamless integration with Android devices. In terms of technical specifications, it features a 21.5-inch HD touch screen, the Android 4.3 operating system, an NVIDIA Tegra 4 quad-core processor, Bluetooth 4.0, and 8.11 a/b/g/n dual band wireless. It also has an HD webcam and provides access to Google Play.

It also includes apps like Kingsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, Google Drive, and 50 gigabytes of Box cloud storage at no additional cost. Citrix Receiver and Citrix XenMobile also ensure that data is protected and that administrators can manage apps within the enterprise.

The product will become available on March 6.

Additionally, the company announced two other products, both of which are currently available for purchase.

The HP ProOne 400 AiO G1 is a Windows 8.1-based business PC that includes a Skype-ready microphone and webcam for video- and audio-conferencing. It is available as a 21.5-inch touch version and 19.5-inch non-touch version. It includes a DisplayPort for adding an external monitor, as well as USB 3.0 ports for connecting additional accessories.

The HP 205 AiO – perfect for SMBs looking to save costs and keep workspaces clear – boasts a wireless networking internal antenna for 802.11 Wi-Fi and connection ports that are conveniently located for cleaner presentation in customer-oriented organizations.

The HP ProOne 205 AiO features an 18.5-inch diagonal HD, WLED-backlight, tiltable display, as well as a built-in webcam and microphone and AMD E-series dual-core processors.

“HP’s multi-OS approach showcases our innovation and allows us to deliver the right product for our customers’ needs, giving them all the flexibility and ease of use they need from a business PC,” said Enrique Lores, SVP and GM, Commercial PCs, HP. “The HP AiO PCs announced today highlight how businesses of any size can increase employee productivity by leveraging the growing Android ecosystem, all while being budget friendly.”
