Global Knowledge launches training for Cisco’s CCNP Curriculum

This program is designed to provide foundation skills for physical and virtual networks. IPv6, Cisco StackWise, Virtual Switch Services and Dynamic Multipoint VPN technologies address modern enterprise environments’ complexity.

“Cisco’s retooling of the CCNP Routing and Switching certification advances the framework with which enterprise IT professionals can achieve the expertise required to support an increasingly mobile workforce,” said Michael Watkins, Cisco senior product director, Global Knowledge, in a press release. “We are pleased to continue serving our customers on pace with the evolving IT environment as the designated Top Quality Cisco Learning Partner in the Americas.”

IPv6 adoption is driven by mass growth in embracing of connected devices and scale, and network and systems engineers/technicians’ success stands on stack transition technology and IPv6. Global Knowledge believes that this job-based certification is a tool for IT and technical professionals and is designed to help plan, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise network solutions.

The CCNP curriculum teaches implementation of IPv6-enabled LAN and WAN routing solutions to support business-critical services and BYOD adoption in an enterprise and also supports the branch offices’ mobile workforce.

CCNP courses include ROUTE, SWITCH and TSHOOT. They are available globally in physical and virtual classrooms in group settings.
