ev|ServiceApps extends the SaaS capabilities of Cloud ITSM solution – EasyVista ServiceManager, provides a codeless design environment and delivers them as apps. In addition, ev|ServiceApps provides templates designs for fast generation of stylized services.
“Analysts 451 Research reported EasyVista’s design capabilities as a core competitive advantage,” said Andrew White, GM, Americas, at EasyVista, in a press release. “Our IT customers see how easy it is to build and deploy rich services or information for their customers, whether they are IT or non-IT. ev|ServiceApps further demonstrates our true cloud capabilities by uniquely blending content management with workflow and service management.”
The platform can also be used to create service dashboards and service stores using a three-step process. First, design a service layout by dragging and dropping tiles into the ev|ServiceApps Builder, drag pre-configured widgets, and finally connect each tile to one or more data sources like ERP, Twitter, Salesforce, Oracle or mySQL.
ev|ServiceApps also features the latest version of ev|ServiceManager’s SaaS platform. EasyVista customers can place ev|ServiceApps in Sharepoint, the web, intranet or any HTML 5 compatible device. The platform will also provide users with notifications about product upgrades.
