Worksoft says that Worksoft Certify is the industry’s top ranked solution for automated business process validation (BPV) in SAP environments.
The Worksoft Certify Suite will automate testing of SAP Order-to-Cash, Material Management, Finance and HR modules. The solution automates the functional testing of mission-critical processes end-to-end across complex application landscapes which include web technologies, mobile apps, hybrid cloud environments, and dozens of non-SAP enterprise applications.
Citrix will use Worksoft automation to validate business processes at Citrix that span marketing, customer service and HR, including Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service.
“A key strength of the Worksoft Certify platform is its ability to validate business processes across Citrix’ complex enterprise application landscape, which includes both SAP and non-SAP systems such as in-house built, custom applications,” explained Moazzam Naim, Sr. QA Manager, Citrix, in a press release. “Worksoft automation will continue to help Citrix increase operational efficiencies, improve business agility and achieve cost savings, all while mitigating technology risk.”
Citrix utilizes both SaaS-based applications and data centre-hosted applications. With Worksoft, Citrix will increase testing coverage, reduce the time-to-market and decrease the burden of User Acceptance Testing for users.
“We are pleased that a technology leader like Citrix is expanding their adoption of Worksoft to ensure end-to-end process quality for their business users,” said Jim Kent, CEO, Worksoft, in a press release. “Today enterprise systems change fast – sometimes on a daily basis – and Worksoft protects critical business processes to make sure every application and interface works as needed, even as updates are deployed.”
