In an interview with Abu Dhabi-based publication The National, Chen said there would be one Android smartphone this year with a full physical keyboard and the other a full touchscreen. This announcement came after the company admitted that the BlackBerry Priv was priced too high and according to Chen, “it was probably not as wise as it should have been.”

Chen went on to say that the feedback that they received from their enterprise customers was that many wanted to buy the Priv but with a $700 price tag, it was too much on the higher side.
In the same interview, Chen said that there would be no new devices running its own BB10 operating system but will continue to release updates for BB10 devices.
These comments from the chief executive of BlackBerry indicate that the company is still focusing on hardware and many believe that this is the last chance for BlackBerry to get it right in hardware.
