Apple launches the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max with 5G, ‘best iPhone lineup ever’
Apply recently announced the release of the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max with a powerful 5G experience and advanced technologies that allow its users to experience the latest innovation from the tech leader.
The iPhone 12 Pro models feature a fresh design together with its edge-to-edge Super Retina XDR display, the biggest to date. This is protected by Apple’s all-new Ceramic Shield front cover, which allows more durability on an iPhone.
The in-house A14 Bionic chip, which is also the fastest chip in a smartphone, powers the iPhone Pro models with its impressive computational photography features, including the all-new Apple ProRAW for photo controls and an enabler of the first end-to-end Dolby Vision video experience (up to 60 fps).
Apple’s reinvented pro camera systems include an expansive Ultra-Wide camera, a Telephotos camera with longer focal length on the iPhone 12 Pro Max, and the new Wide cameras to capture professionally made-quality photos and videos in bright and low-light spaces. The new models also take pride in a new LiDAR Scanner for immersive augmented reality (AR) experiences. Another new feature is the MagSafe, which offers high-powered wireless charging and an ecosystem of accessories that can easily attach to the iPhone 12 models.
Both models will be available in four stainless steel finishes, including graphite, silver, gold, and pacific blue. Pre-ordering for the iPhone 12 Pro has started last October 16 and has been made available last October 23 while iPhone 12 Pro Max will be available for pre-order on November 6 and will be available in-stores beginning November 13.
“Each generation of iPhone has changed what we expect from a smartphone, and now with 5G, iPhone 12 Pro provides a new generation of performance. Our tight integration of hardware and software enables incredible computational photography features like the expansion of Night mode to more cameras, and introduces support for HDR video with Dolby Vision,” said Greg Joswiak, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing. “A state-of-the-art LiDAR Scanner means users can experience AR like never before, and also offers benefits to the camera with faster autofocus in low light and the introduction of Night mode portraits. These experiences and so much more make this the best iPhone lineup ever.”
